Cancelling your website

To cancel, just get in touch – by email, ticket or in your client area. There’s no notice period. The easiest way is to open a ticket in the Cancellations department.

Pay monthly websites

• After 12 months: your domain goes with you, and we’ll send you all of your website data if you want it.
• Before 12 months: you can still leave whenever you like. The website and domain stay with us, but we’ll send back the text and photos you gave us.

One page websites

Your one page website and domain are yours from day one, so there’s nothing to hand over.
