Cookie policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
This page is a draft that we’re still reviewing. If you have a question about it, email us at hello@websyte.uk.
The short version: websyte.uk doesn't set any cookies of its own, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. That's why you won't see a cookie banner here.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way. This policy covers all of them.
On websyte.uk
| What | Who | Why | Cookie? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visitor statistics | Cloudflare Web Analytics | Counts page views so we can see which pages are useful | No. It's cookieless and doesn't track you across sites |
| Bot checks on our forms | Cloudflare Turnstile | Stops spam when you send an enquiry, quote or one page request | It may store small technical data that's strictly needed for the check to work |
| Security and performance | Cloudflare | Protects the site from attacks and keeps it fast | Only if needed to protect the site, for example during an attack |
The one page website preview runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is saved or sent to us until you choose to send a request.
In our client area (my.websyte.uk)
Our client area, where you log in, check out and manage your account, is run by Upmind for us. It uses cookies that are needed for logging in, keeping your basket and keeping your account secure. These are strictly necessary, so they don't need your consent. Upmind may ask your permission for anything else.
Links to other sites
If you follow a link to another site, such as WhatsApp, that site's own cookie policy applies.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones in our client area will stop logging in from working.
Changes
If we add anything that needs your consent, we'll ask first and update this page. Questions? Email hello@websyte.uk.
