Complaints procedure
Last updated 9 October 2026
This page is a draft that we’re still reviewing. If you have a question about it, email us at hello@websyte.uk.
We're a small business and we want to get things right. If we haven't, please tell us so we can fix it.
1. Tell us
Email hello@websyte.uk, message us on WhatsApp, or open a ticket in the client area at my.websyte.uk. Please include:
- your name and the website, domain or service it's about;
- what went wrong, and when;
- what you'd like us to do to put it right.
2. We'll acknowledge it
We'll confirm we've received your complaint within 2 working days.
3. We'll look into it and reply
We aim to send you a full reply within 10 working days. If we need longer, we'll tell you why and when you'll hear from us. Our reply will explain what we found and what we'll do about it.
4. If you're still not happy
Reply to us and say why. We'll look at it again and send you our final response within 10 working days.
If we still can't agree:
- Domain disputes about who should own a .uk domain can be taken to Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service.
- Data protection complaints can be taken to the Information Commissioner's Office.
- Consumers can get free advice from Citizens Advice and can take a claim to court, including the small claims track.
Making a complaint won't affect the service you get from us.
