No. We’re not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
No. Your first month is paid upfront, then it’s one simple monthly payment.
We agree your monthly price before we start, and we don’t put it up halfway through. The only exception is exceptional use of resources – for example, email that’s never archived filling up the storage.
Ours for the first 12 months – we register it and look after it for you. After 12 months we transfer it into your name, and we keep managing it while you stay.
Nothing changes – your website carries on as normal at the same monthly price. The only difference is that your domain moves into your name.
Just get in touch by phone, email or ticket. There’s no notice period.
You can leave whenever you like. Before 12 months, the website and domain stay with us, but we’ll send back the text and photos you gave us.
